Mr Hai’s office said, in a brief statement issued by VOV, that Hai and Long held talks on Vietnam-Egyptian relations, regional issues, in addition to other matters.
The focus of their talks, however, was on a 2- hour program set to air this coming May 6 on Egyptian television to mark Vietnam Reunification Day (April 30) and the 63rd anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7).
