Emergency crews received the call at about 8am that a structure fire with flames and smoke visible was coming from the residence. Firefighters responded and called the blaze under control within an hour.
During a search, firefighters found one adult, male victim, Duong Minh Trung, 23, dead and continue to search for possible other victims who may have been trapped in the building.
Police officials are investigating the death.
