Ahead of the opening ceremony, leaders of VOV, Binh Dinh Province and representatives of 15 radio and television stations of the Central and Central Highlands regions lay wreaths at a monument to President Ho Chi Minh, known as Nguyen Tat Thanh, and his father Nguyen Sinh Sac in Quy Nhon City.
