Organizers said: They are absolutely delighted with the fantastic turnout for this year’s event, saying the success of the biennial event really does shows that Vietnam is at the forefront of marine technology.
Opening day focused on key areas including oil exploration, satellite applications, big data, future ship building opportunities, marine research, biogeochemistry and ocean observation as well as maritime cyber security.
Delegates were given the opportunity to get an up-close view of the latest in cutting edge technology and there were live demonstrations of advanced autonomous surface vehicles, research vessels and blue technology in operation.
The organizers added that the 3-day event – INMEX Vietnam 2017 – has good speakers, useful information, and good networking, which is what keeps delegates coming back time and time again.
