The portal will introduce tourist areas, restaurants, hotels, entertainment areas across the capital city along with assessing their accessibility. The project will also survey tourist destinations and accommodations and advise them on how to improve tourists’ access. 

The project costs EUR10,735, of which EUR9,702 is provided by the Abilis Foundation and the remaining by the Hanoi Disabled People Association.
