The annual meeting held in rotation at alternate locations in the two countries was co-chaired by Vietnam Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung and Singapore Minister of Trade and Industry Lim Hng Kiang.
At the meeting, they agreed that trade ties between the two countries have been developing strongly and discussed strategies to boost Singaporean investment in agriculture and transport in Vietnam.
They also discussed measures to boost training and education cooperation programs between the two nations.
The 13th meeting will be held in Vietnam in September next year.
