The figure accounts for 70% of the total domestic market with nearly 2.9 million motorbikes sold. 

In the reviewed period, HVN shipped abroad nearly 128,000 completely built units (CBU), up 40% from last year, generating US$293 million. 

The company is expected to earn US$312 million in 2017 from its motorbike exports, up 6.5% from the 2016 fiscal year. 

The Company said it plans to introduce several new models and versions to meet the market demand.
