The revenues generated help improve the lives of Vietnamese farmers in the south-western region.
From the Tinh Bien border gate, the products are transported on to Phnom Penh, Takeo, Kampot, Poset, Odong and Kampong Speu.
According to the An Giang province Customs Department, during 2014, products crossing into Cambodia through the Tinh Bien border gate were valued at more than US$109.5 million, up US$20 million compared to 2013.
