Quang Hai, Van Hau in contention for AFF Cup Player of the Tournament

Norshahrul Idlan Talaha, the striker from Malaysia, is second with 31.28% of votes, trailed by Mohamadou Sumareh of Malaysia who has 10.4%.

Apart from Hai, defender Van Hau is another Vietnamese name to appear on the list. He currently ranks in fourth place with 9.11%.

The other two players in the AFF Cup Player of the Tournament online poll are Sanrawat Dechmitr of Thailand and Alvaro Silva of the Philippines.

Previously, Hai was named as the Most Valuable Player of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 for his significant contributions to the Vietnamese team’s victory at the tournament.
