Korean head coach Park Hang Seo 
The organizing board believe that coach Park Hang-Seo has been one of the most inspiring people in Vietnam during 2018.

Under his under leadership, the Korean coach has completely changed the face of Vietnamese football. During 2018 the Vietnamese football team set new records in the country's footballing history with a string of glorious victories, including a second placed finish at the AFC U23 Championships, fourth position at ASIAD, and champion in the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018.

Other nominees in the list include the Vietnamese female rowing team, Miss International Queen 2018 Huong Giang, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H'Hen Nie, and seven-year-old Nguyen Hai An, who voluntarily donated her cornea to those in need after her death on February 22.

Launched in 2015, the WeChoice Awards aims to honor people with their inspirational stories and outstanding contribution to wider society.

The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel on January 5.
