Speaking at the event, Tran Thanh Hai, the Nutifood chairman, said the company always supports the spirit of fair-play in football and are expecting this year’s national cup to attract local fans and generate interest following Vietnam’s success in the AFC U23 Championship 2018.
The cup competition’s official name will be Nuti café V-League 1 – 2018. It will run from March 10 to October 6, 2018, with 14 football clubs competing in 182 matches.
The winning team will receive VND3 billion. The second and third prize winners will get VND1.5 billion and VND750 million, respectively.
All of the V-League 2018 matches will be broadcast live on HTV, K+, and on the media channels of VPF.
