The tournament will attract the participation of 13 domestic and foreign teams, including Hat Ngoc Troi An Giang, BVTV An Giang, the Republic of Korea’s Seoul cycling team, Indonesia’s customs cycling club, and Thailand’s team.
The annual bicycle race consists of six stages covering 532km. It passes through cities and provinces such as Dak Nong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City and Long An and finishes in An Giang province.
The event will run until July 15.
The six-day event provides a good opportunity for female Vietnamese cyclists to gain skills and experience for coming tournaments.
