Vietnam scored two goals in the first half, but in the second half, Vietnamese players’ physical strength quickly declined and they suffered five losses.

Earlier, world No 41 Vietnam also lost to world No 5 Argentina 1-3.

The Vietnamese team will take part in the FIFA Futsal World Cup which will be held from September 10 to October 1 in Colombia. 

Twenty-four teams are divided into six groups. Vietnam are in group C with Paraguay, Italy and Guatemala. 

Vietnam will meet Guatemala in the first match on September 12.
