Addressing the ceremony, Ambassador Vu Quang Minh recalled Vietnam's outstanding achievements in its national construction and defence over the last 73 years, which were partly contributed by international friends, including those from Cambodia.
The Ambassador hoped that Vietnam-Cambodia ties will further develop comprehensively on a par with their traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation.

The Royal Government of Cambodia will further its close cooperation with Vietnam for bilateral interests, peace, stability and prosperity, he said.
