A witness said the truck swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle and flipped on its side, tipping cement and debris onto several lanes. |
As a result, traffic on the bridge was closed in both directions causing hours long traffic congestion. |
Police officials said it took roughly four hours to clear the scene and reopen the bridge to traffic. |
There were no serious injuries reported. |
Alcohol or drugs are not suspected. |
The driver of the truck, Nguyen Van Sy, 24, is from the province of Ha Nam. |
