Colonel Le Trung Hieu, a spokesperson of Thanh Hoa police, said that the two men were apprehended on May 22 in Hoang Minh commune of Hoang Hoa district in Thanh Hoa province. The suspects have been named as Ha Ba Cho, 25, residing in Tay Son commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An province and Hoang Van Xuan, 31, residing in Lan Quang hamlet, Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province.

Police confiscated 60 bricks of heroin, four mobile phones, VND2 million in cash and other evidence related to the case, which is still under investigation.
