The gifts include 126 wheelchairs, 20 scholarships worth VND1 million each, 50 gifts worth VND500,000 each, and 70 bicycles valued at VND1.6 million each. 



It is a joint effort with the US’s non-profitable organisation Giving it Back to Kids. 

Quang Tri is currently home to more than 37,000 people living with disabilities caused by the war. 

Together with the local Association for the Support of Vietnamese Handicapped and Orphans and mass organisations, the province has held a number of cultural-sports activities to make it easier for the disabled to integrate into the community and overcome difficulties.
