According to initial information, the fire started at around 8:00am in a house located at alley 299 Trung Kinh Street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.Witnesses said that when they noticed the ferocious blaze they immediately called authorised agencies.Upon receiving reports of the blaze, firefighters and fire engines arrived at the scene to battle the flames. It took them one hour to bring the fire under complete control.The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
