Around 200 firefighters fight the fire at the processing plant and warehouse of the Phuoc Kim Long Trade and Production Company for most of the morning.

Flames were so high that crew are forced to attack the blaze from across the road.

At times the flames and smoke are so fierce they can't go inside the building.

Hundreds of occupants in nearby buildings are evacuated for their safety.

No serious injuries have been reported, but the factory, warehouse and all contents are a total loss.

An investigation into the cause continues.
