An incense offering ceremony took place in the northern province of Phu Tho on April 14 to commemorate the Hung Kings, the founders of the nation.
The top Vietnamese legislator leads the delegation in paying tribute to the Hung Kings.
Representatives of ministries and agencies, and provincial leaders also participate in the incense offering ceremony.
