The workers are being treated in two hospitals in Luong Tai district and Gia Binh district, according to Bac Ninh provincial Department for Food Hygiene and Safety Head Tran Danh Phuong.
Workers were reported to have eaten dinners at their workplace on October 14.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
