He urged the university to reform its curriculum, enrollment, and examinations, expand its training scale and improve its training quality. 

“The University needs to strengthen scientific research toward international recognition, develop into a research center of economics, business management, and law in the region and the world," he said.

The university needs to work closely with ministries, sectors and localities to mobilize domestic and foreign scientists and policy makers to participate in projects on socio-economic development, climate change response, and international integration to serve the local, regional and national development, the State leader added.
