Immediately after the decision comes into effect, all towns, districts, communes, and wards in Hai Duong urgently implement measures aimed at halting the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) among the community.

All quarantine checkpoints are equipped with adequate facilities, including blankets, beds, and disinfectant chemicals for staff on duty
Between five and six officers, including police, armed forces, medical workers, and young volunteers are positioned at each post and work around the clock in an effort to tighten control over vehicles and people entering and exiting the locality.
