The 11-storey building will be built on 9,000sq.m of land in Ngu Hanh Son district in Danang City at a cost of US$11.2 million.
The 248-bed centre is scheduled to begin operation in 2018. It will serve the needs of war invalids, Heroic Mothers and other people who have made contributions to the country’s revolutionary cause.
According to the ministry, 30 nursing centres reserved for those who have rendered service to the nation have been built throughout the country, but the number of facilities only meet 10 percent of demand.
