However, its sewage system has not developed and untreated wastewater generated in Bien Hoa city is discharged directly into the Dong Nai river, affecting localities along the river like Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City.The payback period of the loan is 40 years, including 10 years of grace, with annual interest of 0.1 percent.
