The activity aims to commemorate the International Day for Persons with Disabilities (December 3).
Upon addressing the event, Ambassador Imanov spoke highly of the fruitful relationship that exists between Azerbaijan and Vietnam, a relationship that is continuing to develop across all fields. 
He also introduced the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s activities, including charitable events in Vietnam.
On speaking at the event, Nguyen Van Hoi, General Director of the Department of Social Assistances, expressed his deep gratitude to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's leaders and their huge support.
Participants also discussed the activities of the Vietnamese government and other organizations to protect the rights of disabled people, provide job opportunities and help them to integrate into wider society.
