The program is expected to improve the professional skills and technical capacity of the Vietnamese people. As the key Vietnamese partner in this program, the Ministry of Education and Training will encourage alumnus contribution to the program through information sessions, where new skills and professionally relevant knowledge will be introduced.This is an expanded version of an existing scholarship, vocational training, and leadership enhancement program for women.
