Participants agreed that the Supreme People’s Court has taken strong actions and obtained encouraging outcomes in realizing the Law on Corruption Prevention and Control while pointing out obstacles to the execution of the law.
They said the Law on Corruption Prevention and Control is instrumental in ensuring the transparency of the State apparatus, adding that breakthrough measures should be taken to step up anti-corruption activities.
In his remarks, Chief Justice Truong Hoa Binh highlighted the importance of combating corruption and praised the important role people’s courts played in implementing related Party resolutions and laws.
The Supreme People’s Court has guided people’s courts and military courts in implementing anti-corruption laws and policies.
