The Vietnamese State leader is set to visit the Vatican on November 23 as guest of Pope Francis.
President Quang and his wife will then travel to Madagascar to attend the 16th Francophonie Summit on November 26-27 at the invitation of Madagascan President Hery Rajaonarimampianina.
