Themed “Sac xuan” (Spring beauty), the buffet program lasts throughout the first lunar month, allowing diners to light food to purify the body and the spirit after an energy-dense food extravaganza at Tet, the country’s biggest and longest holiday.

For this year’s Saigon – Vegetarian Dishes program, chefs of Metropole are putting on spring-themed dishes which are both delicious and nutritious, such as ficus fruit salad, deep fried banh chung (traditional Vietnamese glutinous rice cake) apart from 65 vegetarian dishes which have been associated with the “Saigon – Vegetarian Dishes” brand.

With a spring decor, Metropole offers diners a peaceful, tranquil space in spring, the season of love and gathering and also the time for starting fresh again.

Open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily at the Shanghai lobby on the fourth floor of the Metropole Wedding and Convention Center, the “Saigon – Vegetarian Dishes” program will last until March 9.

Tickets for the buffet program cost VND260,000 (US$11.7) per adult and VND120,000 per child. Those who buy 10 tickets, which are available at the reception counter, will get one free.
