Visiting Xuan Quan flower village in the build up to Tet, visitors will have an opportunity to see a variety of colourful flowers. Guests will be able to see how locals carefully care for the flowers to make them blossom just in time for Tet.
 
Xuan Quan farmers plant all kinds of different petunias, which have been imported from Thailand and the US
Colourful Petunia hybrid flowers can be seen in Ly Truong orchard. 
 
 
 
 
Pansy flowers with different colours, are priced from VND20,000 to VND30,000 per pot.
 
Local farmers have been planting flowers in pots in preparation for the increased demand in the run up to Tet.
 
 
The flower village is also an ideal place for young people to take photographs. 
To reach the village, visitors and customers must travel 20 km from Hanoi to Hung Yen.
The village is located close to the Bat Trang traditional pottery village.
At present, more than 200 households in the village produce flowers and ornamental plants.
Flowers from Xuan Quan village are sent throughout the northern provinces, and even further afield places such as Ho Chi Minh City.
