The festival starts on September 29, with most buildings open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It runs through October 2.

There will be plenty to see and do, with hundreds of performances, arts and craft exhibitions, and more than 250 food pavilions.

Guests can also participate in activities such as water puppetry, puppet land, calligraphy, ca tru, tug, human chess.

The festival is a part of activities to celebrate 62nd anniversary of the Hanoi Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2016).
