Over 100 members of the local Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union come together to pay tribute to fallen soldiers at national martyrs cemetery A1 in Dien Bien Phu city.

Dien Bien province is home to eight martyrs’ cemeteries that are home to 6,600 graves. Among them, only 700 graves have been verified.
