A cat-shaped statue family is placed in front of the headquarters of Thua Thien-Hue provincial People’s Committee as part of Hue’s plan to decorate the locality ahead of Tet celebrations.
The family is made up of five members and is located on the banks of the Huong (Perfume) river.
