The Hanoi administration has allowed waking zones to reopen to local people and visitors, starting March 18.
Pedestrian streets are open from 7 p.m. till midnight oon Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

At 10 p.m. pubs along the street remain full of locals and foreigners.
Many business owners show their joy as they receive more customers than previous days as eateries are once again allowed to open until midnight.
