All 34 children at Le Loi kindergarten are now F1 cases and must remain in quarantine for 21 days.
A total of 24 five-year-old children are divided into five groups in order to ensure that safe social-distancing measures are enforced as part of the COVID-19 fight. Meanwhile, 10 two-year-old kids are accompanied by their parents who will take care of them around the clock.
The children do a variety of different activities at school.
A healthcare worker measures the body temperature of the kids each day.
The health of children is often checked during the isolation period.
Classrooms are thoroughly disinfected to curb the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Kids can enjoy nutritious meals each day whilst in quarantine.
Ta Huong Ly, the principal of Le Loi kindergarten, says she voluntarily stays in isolation to take care of the children. She hopes that each of the kids can feel comfortable at school like they do at home.
The principal bathes the children herself every day.
Painting or planting trees are among the daily activities done by children in isolation.
The belongings of the children are labeled with their names and neatly arranged in the quarantine area.
