“Auto makers Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, MINI, Porsche, Renault, Rolls-Royce, Subaru and Volkswagen have already confirmed their participation,” said Director General Laurent Genet of Audi in Vietnam.
The luxury market is moving in two directions Genet said. It is targeting a younger demographic but also looking to establish a new market segment with small luxury crossovers.
He said next year’s show promises to be aspirational for a family who desires a high-end brand and upscale customer experience and that’s the best part of the show— to get a long range vision of where the auto market is moving.
“VIMS 2015 was a successful event with more than 70,000 auto enthusiasts attending,” said Genet and next year’s event is already shaping up to be a lot bigger and better.
