Earlier from April 12 to May 11, it successfully acquired more than 5 million shares of Vinamilk.If the transaction is successful, F&N Dairy Investments will raise its ownership at Vinamilk from 232.74 million to 247.26 million shares or from 16.04% to 17.04% of Vinamilk shares.This is the fifth time F&N Dairy Investments have registered to buy Vinamilk shares. With current value,the company will have to spend more than VND2,000 billion fulfilling its target.Curently, F&N Dairy Investments and F&N Bev Manufacturing, both owned by Fraser & Neave Ltd (F&N) and controlled by Thai billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi are holding Vinamilk shares.
