The events are part of the 2016 national trade promotion programme aiming to boost exports to the European market and push economic exchange between Vietnamese and European companies.
The MoIT said it also plans to support accommodation, meals and other travel related expenses for roughly 16-20 participating companies. The trips will take place somewhere around the May 30 to June 6 timeframe.
In addition, the ministry said it will purchase advertising for a wide variety of goods such as beverages, clothing, electronics, footwear, coffee, tea, and wood in connection with staging the events at supermarkets in Europe.
