The system is forecast to distribute over 140 million cubic metres of gas to customers in the whole year, or 132.33% of its target for 2016.

At present, the system is supplying customers with over 500,000 cubic metres of gas per day, reaching 90% of its design capacity in the first phase, while ensuring 100 percent reliability and safety.
The system is part of a series of projects which bring gas from Ham Rong and Thai Binh fields offshore the Red River basin to industrial zones in the northern province of Thai Binh and adjacent localities.
