Top legislator chairs NA Standing Committee's 11th session

In her remarks, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said the session was to collect opinions before adding to the agenda of the ongoing National Assembly meeting.

Deputies commented on a pre-feasibility study for the North South Express Way project before submitting to the National Assembly.

Both issues were raised prior to the opening of the NA’s third session. However, as they need more time to be prepared, particularly in terms of personnel work, the Standing Committee delayed the issues until this 11th meeting for further discussion before suggesting the parliament include them in the third session’s agenda.
