As the Congress entered its fifth day working on January 25, a total of 235 messages of congratulations were delivered to the Congress from Parties, organizations, and diplomatic corps worldwide.
The 12th National Party Congress is taking place at Hanoi’s National Convention Centre on January 21 to 28 with 1,510 delegates representing more than 4.5 million Party members in attendance.
The Congress reviewed the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress and three decades of Doi Moi (Renewal) process, drawing lessons, and defining goals and missions for the entire Party, people and army in the years to come.
