Both sides expressed their satisfaction with the growth of bilateral cooperation in numerous fields, with two-way trade reaching US$760 million in 2015.
The two countries have advantages to expand cooperation in agriculture, defence, health, pharmaceuticals, tourism, and culture, they agreed. The Polish leader emphasised the contributions of the Vietnamese community in Poland to the host country’s development. She also shared the stance of settling East Sea disputes by peaceful means on the basis of international law, when being informed of recent developments in the waters by Thinh.
