While receiving former Lao PM Thoongsinh Thammavong in Hanoi on November 22, the Vietnamese Government leader said Vietnam does it utmost to support the neighbouring country.Vietnamese localities are willing to back Lao provinces’ development, he said, citing construction of Nong Khang international airport in Houaphan province as a typical example.Lauding the Lao guest’s great contributions to developing the Vietnam-Lao ties, Prime Minister Phuc expressed his hope that Thoongsinh Thammavong will continue his efforts for the development of Laos as well as the special friendship and solidarity between the two nations.
