PM Phuc laid a wreath and wrote in the book of condolences that the Party, state, and people of Vietnam feel regret over the death of the King who is a symbol of national unity and the beloved King of the Thai people.
He wrote that Vietnam always treasures the King’s care for the Vietnamese people as well as his precious contributions to the friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.
On behalf of Thailand’s Royal Family, Government and people, the King’s Deputy Principal Private Secretary Chittrapat Krairiksh acknowledged the Vietnamese Party, State, Government and people's sentiment towards to the King. King Bhumibol Adulyadej passed away on October 13 at the age of 88.
PM Phuc and his delegation left Bangkok for Hanoi the same day.
