The street parade is the curtain raiser for the National Tourism Year 2018-Ha Long- Quang Ninh and the Halong Carnival 2018 to be held on April 28.
The parade takes place on the main street stretching over 1km in Bai Chay tourism area, which has been pedestrianised for the event.
Over 2 hours, 12 colourful floats bearing symbols of the culture, history, and attractions of Quang Ninh Province are paraded along the street.
