VOV.VN - An art troupe of 42 Lao artists will perform in Vietnam July 17-21 within the framework of Lao Culture and Tourism Days as part of activities marking the 55th diplomatic relations anniversary and 40 years of signing the Friendship and Cooperation Treaty.
