To get selected for the international beauty pageant, Minh successfully surpassed 35 domestic contestants to win the crown of Miss United Nations Pageants Vietnam.
The 14-year-old girl is a ninth-grader at Nguyen Cao Secondary School. She has achieved excellent academic results for nine consecutive years and won a number of prizes in English speaking contests at both provincial and municipal level.
Minh has also actively participated in social work and environmental protection activities within the locality.
Miss Teen Grand International aims to spread a message of peace among young people, with the pageant being open to 14 to 19 years old from countries globally.
