The honours went to Miss France Iris Mittenaere, with Miss Haiti Raquel Pelissier named the competition’s first runner-up and Miss Columbia Andrea Tovar the second runner-up.
The competitions top 13 finalists are Kenya, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Panama, Columbia, Philippines, Canada, Brazil, France, Haiti, Thailand, and the US.
Ms Hang won world acclaim in the competition’s national costume session with her eye popping sexy peanut farmer outfit made of rattan and bamboo, a traditional conical hat and images of lotus flowers, symbolic of Vietnam.
