Fireworks set to light up skies above Viet Tri City on Hung Kings anniversary

The display is due to take place on April 12 to mark the death anniversary of the Hung Kings, which falls on March 10 in the lunar calendar. 

The display will start at 7:45pm on April 12 during a street parade, and again at 8:30pm on the same day following the opening ceremony of the Hung Kings anniversary.

All of the displays will be held in Hung Vuong Square.

As well as the fireworks, many cultural and sporting activities are also set to take place at the site of the Hung Kings Temple as part of the 2019 festival, according to Phu Tho provincial People’s Committee.
